ISO 9001:2008
NETE received its ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2013 and now holds certificate number: 012060. Based on an audit of our Quality Management System (QMS), we undergo comprehensive annual audits to maintain our certification. Developed by the International Organization for Standardization, the ISO 9000 series of standards provides a proven framework for processes that enables an organization to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer requirements. Benefits to our customers:

Our ISO 9001:2008 registration scope currently covers the provision of Human Resources, including design of proposals, to Government and Commercial Customers. This certification, in conjunction with our ISO QMS, speaks to the core of our company's quality policy and objectives. Utilizing our QMS, we adhere to established procedures; identify and resolve problems; and continually improve our processes and procedures to ensure that we employ best practices that meet the needs of our customers and employees.

ISO 20000:2011 ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011
NETE received its ISO 20000:2011 in 2013 and now holds certificate number: 012061. ISO 20000 is a customer-focused international standard that contains the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices for information technology (IT) service management, for the most cost-effective and efficient service delivery. The ISO 20000 Standard promotes an integrated process approach to deliver managed service in order to meet requirements. Our scope currently covers the provisioning of resources to the Federal government agencies, including internal IT support and governance of IT Managed services for the delivery of services. Benefits to our customers:

The ISO 20000 certification confirms that NETE’s management practices and processes are tightly controlled and applied consistently.
